Frequently Asked Questions
-
Our first call is a simple conversation. It’s a chance to meet, ask questions, and get a feel for how it is to talk together. It’s about seeing whether this space feels right for you.
-
No. You don’t need a goal, a topic, or the “right” words. We begin wherever you are, and the conversation unfolds from there.
-
No. This is professional life coaching, not therapy, and I don’t diagnose or provide clinical treatment. The work is centered on listening, reflection, and creating space for your thinking to unfold.
If you’re unsure whether coaching or therapy is the right fit, we can talk about that during our first conversation.

The focus is on creating a steady, respectful space where you can hear yourself more clearly and move at your own pace.
-

-
This work is especially supportive for neurodivergent and queer adults who want space to think without interruption, masking, or performance. If you’re looking for advice or step-by-step guidance, this may not be the right fit.
