FEEL SEEN & SAFE

Working together begins with space.

This is one-on-one life coaching grounded in attentive listening and mutual respect.
Our conversations unfold in response to what’s present, without a set agenda or pressure to move in a particular direction.

The work is shaped by your questions, your timing, and what matters most to you.

What This Work Is

This coaching is not about advice, direction, or diagnosis.
It’s a collaborative space where your thinking is respected and your pace is honored.

Together, we create the conditions for:

  • clarity to emerge naturally

  • decisions to feel grounded and yours

  • next steps to arise without force

My role is to provide a confidential space, listen attentively, and support you in hearing what you already know.

Who This Is For

This work is for neurodivergent and queer adults who are looking for room to think, speak, and be without pressure.

You might resonate with this work if:

  • you often feel unheard, overwhelmed, or stretched thin

  • you are navigating identity, change, or uncertainty

  • you are tired of being told what to do and want space to listen to yourself

  • you want support that feels grounded, respectful, and human

There is no expectation to perform, optimize, or arrive with everything figured out. You do not need a goal, a plan, or the “right” words. Curiosity and willingness are enough.

Values Check

I’m a queer, Black, first-generation American woman living with bipolar disorder. These parts of who I am shape how I move through the world and how I hold space in this work.

I believe that neurodivergent people do not need to be fixed, cured, or silenced.

I believe that systemic racism is real and that Black lives matter.

I believe that everyone deserves equal rights and to live free from violence, discrimination and harassment.

I believe Trans rights are human rights.

I believe that accessible health care is necessary.

These are not abstract ideas for me. They inform how I listen, what I pay attention to, and the kind of space I am committed to creating.

If you have an issue with any of those things, we are not a right fit. Please do not give me your money. It’s best to move on from here.

Ways We Can Work Together

One-on-one coaching is offered in a 6-week container, with 90-minute sessions. We create a steady, consistent space to think, reflect, and move at your own pace over time. This structure allows our conversations to build on one another without feeling rushed or fragmented.

Working together for six weeks is $1,200.

A limited number of accessibility spots are available at a reduced rate of $950 for those in need.

At the end of the six weeks, you may choose to continue working together through an extended container or transition into quarterly follow-up sessions to stay connected to the work in a lighter, ongoing way.
